My Guinea Pigs

These are my guinea pigs! ( the number seems to be always changing!!)

Tabitha - Past

Tabitha was a smooth coated guinea pig with a black coat and orange markings. She lived with a friend called Hazel who was a cream colour self, smooth coated guinea pig. (hazel was my sister's guinea pig)

Barney - Present

This guinea pig has been bred once with a female called Bonnie, he is about 2 years old. He is a pink eyed, golden coloured self, smooth coated breed.

Bobbie - Present

Bob is a character! He is also about 2 years old and is Barney's brother. He has bred with Beryl, Annabelle and Audrey. Which produced 14 babies (2 died). He is a smooth coated breed, with white coat and pink eyes. He is living on his own at the moment, but is going to be castrated and moved into a pen with 3 or 4 girls.

Beryl - Present

She is a crested lemon agouti. She is beautiful, but unfortunately she loves her food! This has meant an end to her breeding career, due to her size! She is almost 2 years old and has been bred from once. She is the sister of Bonnie and is living with her at the moment.

Bonnie - Present

Little bonnie is Beryl's sister. She is a little yonger than Beryl, but twice as bossy! She will only live with a male or Beryl, because she picks fights/ bullies other females. She is a pink eyed self white guinea pig. She has only had one baby, who we called Carrot (he was bright orange/red).

Audrey - Present

Aud is a rex/texel cross with black,orange and white furr. She is about 1.5 years old, but is very small for a fully grown pig! She has had 2 litters of babies. She gets abit pushed around by anabelle, but pushes her daughter Phoebe around. She loves a chin tickle.

Anabelle - Present

Bellie, is a rex/texel cross with orange and white furr. She is friendly and calm, but abit bossy to other guinea pigs! She has had two litters, which was 4 girls in the first litter and 5 boys in the second litter!

Squeaker (Phoebe) - Present

Squeaker is Audrey and Bob's daughter. She has never been bred from and is still quite young. She is an orange agouti (smooth haired).

Lenny - Present

This guinea pig is the most laid back pig i have ever met! He loves chin tickles and tummy tickles, he even lyes on his back with his feet in the air for one! He has never fathered any mini pigs, but might do in the future. His birthday is in November, so he is 1yr and 3.5 months old. We bought him at a guinea pig show in essex.

Sidney - Past

The most timid of all the guinea pigs and very sensitive. He gets upset by any change, so much that he stops eating and drinking for a while. He has suffered from bad health since about 6 months old. He is an Alpaca boar, with an orange and white coat. Has been bred with Shelley and produced 3 babies (Ivan, Isaac and Ivy).

Shelley - Present

This is a Gold, Lilac, Chocolate, Cream and white Coronet. She is quite a stunner and produced some lovely babies. She has only been bred once with Sidney and is from Doncaster originally.

Ivy - Present

This is the only daughter of Shelley and Sid. She is an Abbysinian cross. Her hair grew quite long, before her mother ate it all! She is orange and white like her dad.

Other babies which have been sold include - Ebonay, Eddie, Emily, Evey, Freya, Flo, Dude, Dibble, Dotty, Carrot, Gymbo, Geo, G1, G2, Gulliver, Halo, Hannah, Honey, Ivan, Isaac (twix).
